According to the gross area, the occupancy count will be 215. The tenants to request decrease in the
occupancy, in order to avoid adding 3rd bathroom. The requested occupancy count is 129. Bind it hard to
believe 215 occupants could realistically fit anyways. I would still use the 215 for egress calculations which will
be adequate. Please consider the request and notify me with your decision.
