To whom this may concern,
I am contacting you in regards to permit #1908-0045. 1 am requesting
an extension on the permit. This.permit failed inspection today and
expires on 2/6/2020. This customer is leaving tomorrow and will not
return until March. Customer is not able to be there tomorrow for us to
get this re inspected and is also giving us a hard time about
coordinating the inspection because we messed up and failed in the 1st
