We purpose to furnish all labor and material to remodel your Master bathroom. Our price
for this work is $37,796.00 and includes the following:
1. Supervision
2. Permit fees
3. Floor and dust protection - Lay drop cloths down on all floors and cover furniture
4. Demolition:
Removal and disposal of shower walls, wet floor, shower head, trim and valve,
Tub and glass enclosure. Toilet, vanity, sink and faucet. Remove can light trim.
5. Disposal fees
6. Framing:
Frame new shower curb, shower bench and wall next to shower bench.
7. Drywall:
Install new Durock on shower walls. Apply water proofing
8. Plumbing:
Revise plumbing to eliminate the tub spout and add hand held shower

Purchase and install the following:
a. Replace can lights over toilet and shower with new LED fixtures —Bright

10. Cabinets:
Cabinets to be pulled forward 3" to avoid plumbing pipe coming from side wall.
Included is a cabinet placed on counter top with two drawers & door above, a
cabinet over the toilet & linen cabinet (two doors open at center). Cabinets to be
finished with crown molding. (2) Matching framed mirrors are included.
Purchase and install new Showplace wood cabinets.

Glass to have "clear shield" applied to it
15. Toilet accessories:
Purchase and install the following:
a. (2) 24" towel bar: Moen YB5124CH -To be installed on top of each other
behind door when opened

16. Door:
Purchase and install:
a. 30" x 80" shaker door with frosted glass center panel
17. Trim:
Purchase and install in bathroom:
a. 1" x 6" LDF flat base molding
b. 1" x 4" LDF flat casing around door
18. Paint and repairs:
Patch work only to be done by painter
Painting of walls, trim & ceiling to be completed by home owner
Patch and paint trim work in living room
a. Color: TBD semi -gloss finish
19. Final clean up by a professional cleaning crew
