Thanks for the orientation you gave me an my sub -contractor for the renovation
of my Unit 102. St Lucie County is saying that if you email me confirming that I
have notified you of the scope of the project and it has been given an OK to
proceed will suffice for their requirement. They are also asking for a copy of the
unit's plan to verify the kind of slab it has. I explained to them that I'm on the first
floor and there is nothing below me. Anyhow, there is no need for drilling onto
the slabs for the kind of work we are doing. The engineer agreed with me yet
would be good to „ave a copy of the plan if you have one just in case.(See
document below)
Please reply to me indicating that all is good and I'll stop by to pick up the plan if
you have it.
