The Island Dunes Oceanside I Condominium Association, Inc., authorizes IKB Construction to do
work in Unit: # M in Building I.
The Island Dunes Association has reviewed and accepted the work done by IKB Construction in the
past, we give them full access to our building & any unit owner that would like to use their service.
