Your request for approval of the following projects in Unit 401 is APPROVED:
• Guest Bathroom Renovation
• Master Bathroom Renovation
• Kitchen Renovation
Approval is based on the project plan as submitted. Any significant changes to the project must
be reported to the office and will be subject to review.
Contractors are permitted to work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. No weekend work is
allowed.
No construction debris of any kind is allowed in the Association dumpsters. All demolition debris
must be removed and disposed of by Franco Construction.
NO WORK OF ANY KIND is allowed on the walkway outside the unit. All materials and
supplies must be kept inside the unit and may not be stored on the walkway at any time.
Owners must monitor their contractors. All common property (elevators, stairs, walkways,
railings and walls) must be protected during construction and will be inspected after project
completion. The cost to repair any damage will be billed to the unit owner.
