accordance with the Florida Building Code, 5th Edition (2014) and the National Electric Code (NEC), 2011

1. Removal of nine existing antennas.

observations and to the best of m)f knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all
structural load --bearing components complies Vq'ttf the permitted documents.
