Approval # FL2533-R23, Appendix 1, page 19 of 67, System No. W-104 with a
maximum design pressure of - 127.5 psf.
Primer: Prime the min. 15/32" plywood deck (at max. 24" spans) with FlintPrime
or FlintPrime SA
Base Sheet: Apply self adhering Flintlastic SA PlyBase or Flintastic SA Mid Ply to the
primed deck
Ply Sheet: Apply self adhering Flintlastic SA PlyBase or Flintastic SA Mid Ply to the
base sheet below

provided by client. Client is responsible for verifying existing/proposed
