Ocean Drive, Jensen Beach, FL 34957 Contractor: Blue Coast Construction 2587 SE Monroe Street Stuart, FL 34997 Permit No.: SLC 1908-0147 The completed concrete restoration did not reduce the structural integrity of the remaining existing structural systems and, therefore, a requirement to upgrade them by this permit was not warranted. Existing building's components and elements outside the renovation area of this permit do not have their current wind load resistant capacity or gravity load capacity compromised by the completed concrete restoration. Mathers Engineering Corporation performed onsite inspections as the job progressed. Repairs required minor shoring. Work such as concrete repair and addition of steel reinforcement was inspected. T-he enclosed Record Drawings (Sheets I thru 8) show the areas of restoration and repairs otthe Building, and are made part of this final close-out document approval under Permit Number SLC 1908-0147. Materials used and work performed to date has been substantially completed in conformance with the specifications outlined in the IRCI Guideline No. 03730, as well as the applicable 2017 Florida Building Codes (6th Edition) (and updates), other industry guidelines, or standard engineering practices. Observation period 09/18/2019 to 10/16/2019 the following are our findings: Stack 5: Units 205 to 905 Chipping is underway for concrete deck and concrete column repair. Steel column repairs are underway. Stack 6: Units 206 to 906 Chipping is completed for concrete deck spalls. Steel column repairs have been completed. Stack 7: Units 207 to 907 Chipping is completed for concrete deck spalls. Steel column repairs have been completed. Stack 8: Units 208 to 908 Chipping is completed for concrete deck spalls.
