The changes here proposed it can broadly be defined as "cosmetic only" because it will not affect any of
the exterior walls. The shower walls (Du rock/Hadie Backer) is going to be replaced to its original
specifications and location.

I am looking at the comments on plan review and we are just doing a cosmetic remodel, no walls are moved or
added the original layout is the same, just added 2" framing on concrete ceiling for lighting and fans
and replacing a Hot Water Heater to a tankless heater. The shower Stays the same just new tile, There is no
architect or designers for any drawings so I just drew a sketch of Space.

A new policy will be implemented on July 1" 2017 with respect to the plan review process in an effort to
improve turnaround time on permits. The following will be required with each resubmittal.
a.A cover letter that includes a response to each comment made by the plans examiner.
b. All changes to a plan shall be "clouded" on the plans.
e.The applicant or a is responsible for inserting/changing' Df new plan pages upon
resubmittal or if the applicant or agent prefers they can resubmit a complete set of new plans
with the changes included.

service and part of that service is providing assistance and guidance with our processes. Please do not hesitate

Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we
receive the modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional,
contractor or owner we will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review
process. Once the plans have been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward
either to the Fire Department or back to permitting for permit issuance.
