The contractor performing the work is

o This contractor has current license and insurance information on file in the Sea
Palms Manager's Office.
The estimated start date for this roject is a and the

It is my responsibility to provide the following information to the contractor:
• Workdays begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m., and no work is to
be performed on Sundays: Only "small repair jobs" maybe done on Saturdays
between 9:OD a.m. and 3:00 pm. Exception: emergency repairs.
+ Upon arrival, contractor should report to Management or meet me and I will
notify Management.
• Parking for contractors is by the South dumpster, or if that area is fWl, in an
unnumbered space. Parking in Fire Lanes and at the front portico is not
permitted.
• Common areas are to be used only for ingress and egress to my unit and not for
any type of work, and these arras (including railings) must be protected from
damage.
• Cutting and fabrication of materials shall take place within the Unit, on the Unit's
balcony or off -premises. Precautions should be taken to avoid dust and debris
from drifting to other Units and their balconies. .
• The main entrance doors may not be propped open; it is my responsibility to
provide a key to the contractor if necessary.
• Tools and equipment owned by Sea Palms Condominium Association may not be
used by contractors.
• If large item are to be brought in, Management must be notified so that
protective pads may be installed in the elevator.
• Contractor's equipment and/or supplies must be stored in the Unit not on
walkways, in laundry rooms, etc.
