I further understand and agree to the following provisions: I. No work or commitment of work will be made by me until I have received written approval from the Association. IncludinglULinteriorwork in condominiums 2. All work will be done expeditiously once commenced and will be done in a good workman -like manner by a contractor or myself. 3. Any work which disturbs irrigation lines and requires removal, repair, etc. notice must be given to the Landscape Department prior to the start of work, minimum two -week notice. Homeowner assumes all costs associated with the turn off, relocation, repairs, etc. 4. All work will be performed at a time and in a manner to minimize interference and inconvenience to other unit owners. 5. I assume all liability and will be responsible for all damage and/or injury which may result from performance of this work. ARB approval does not signify that the proposed plan specs or work comply with local laws or regulations — It is applicant's responsibility to ensure compliance. 6. 1 will be responsible for the conduct of all persons, agents, contractors, and employees who relate to this work.
