Anthony -Giardina, General Contractor Mike Menard-Architectonic OBSERVATIONS 1) General a. Permits 1902-0386 & 1904-0316 were voided at contractor's request. P&C Construction 2) Unit A, 10696 S. USi Port St Lucie - a. (1902-0386), Permit is Void at request of contractor. Submit a new permit for this unit. b. Plans OK as -is, Fire Dept to review proposed Occupant Count. 3) Unit D-10696 S. US1 Port St Lucie - a. (1904-0316), Permit is Void at request of contractor. Submit a new permit for this unit. b. Plans OK as -is, Fire Dept to review proposed Occupant Count. 4) 10692 S US 1, Port St Lucie, Unit B. Permit 1906-0641 a. 1906-0641- Designer will recalculate the occupant count, and seek approval from the Fire Dept. before sending back to the Building Dept for review. UPDATE 10/9/19 Units A & D. Per Jim, approve per direction of the previous Building Official. Water dispensers are required. Unit B. Letter of Non-Concurrency required. Owner/Tenant shall State Sanctuary and Meeting Room will not be used at the same time.
