Credit Cards are NOT accepted. Deposit checks will not be cashed until the project is about to commence. 2.) Draws will be collected as needed to complete the project If the client refuses to pay a draw, the project will be halted until payment is collected. 3.) Full payment of open balance within 3 days of completion of the project TERMS AND CONDITIONS — This estimate is valid for 30 calendar days starting on the date stated at the top of the estimate. — The prices represented are based on project and product average costs. Prices may vary once project and product measurements, details, and selections are made by client — ISLAND KITCHEN ARD BATH will execute all work according to the Florida Building Code and is licensed in the state of Florida and is in good standing. Time spent by the _owners on the project is not a billable item. All work will be accordance with the scope of work detailed within the contract — Due to unforeseeable conditions inside walls, behind cabinets, etc., additional cost may occur during construction for issues such as mold, and f isting plumbing/ electrical not being safe or code compliant These additional costs are NOT included in any contract pricing and will be dealt tth as needed.
