Good morning Lydia, I apologize for the delayed response. After reviewing the application, this particular facility is not sized on the square footage of the building- Instead it was sized based on the number of employees and 1 bay door. The permit did include the additional 9,405 sf addition, itjust wasn't indicated on the application page because that's not what the drainfield sizing was based on. I know this is a bit confusing, but he proposed addition is covered in the permit #56-SF-1986602. If you have any questions, just let me know. The existing building is 14,230 sf, the proposed addition is 9,405 sf. The proposed metal building addition is for a warehouse and has a bathroom in it as well. We have received a copy of the Health Department permit with stamped floor plan and site plan. The septic permit is indicating a 14,000 sf. However, the additional 9,405 seems not to be included. The floor plan stamped for approval only includes the existing building while the site plan does include the proposed building. Please advise if the permit is covering the proposed addition of 9,405 sf, and if not will they need to apply for an additional permit?
