When existing vegetation is inadequate to function as a visual screen, it shall be augmented by two (2) staggered rows of shrub material at least six (6) feet in height. The fabric, mesh screening being proposed is not an approved screening per the LDC. There appears to be native landscape that may be used to meet some of these requirements. As long as no native vegetation is being impacted we won't require a vegetation removal permit. Please let me know if you have any questions.
