Resolution 94-007
MEMORANDUM
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
To: Board of County Commissioners
From: - Development Administrator
Date: February 15, 1994 `
Subject: Extension of site plan, final PNRD approval, and rezoning of additional
property for Eckerd's Drugs
On Tuesday, February 22, 1994, you will be asked to review a request for an extension of
the site. plan associated with phase one of .the Planned Non -Residential Development
`(PNRD) known as Eckerd Drugs - River Park. Pleasefind attached a letter from Brett
Culpepper requesting this extension. The applicant also wishes to make what would.normally
be minor revisions to the site plan; however, in -this case these revision!6ccur on that part
of the site which has received only preliminary approval. In order to amend this `site. plan,
it is necessary to grant Final PNRD approval on an additional small area and to rezone this
area to PNRD.
You originally approved this PNRD on November 10, 1992. The site plan expired on
November 10, 1993.
Staff recommends approval of Draft Resolution 94-007 whichextends the site plan to
t Npyember'10, 1994, grants Final PNRD approval for additional area, and rezones that area
to PNRD.
