As far as I understand from the site plan approval there are 3 parcels involved in this site plan. 2108-111-0001-010/8, 2108-141-0001-000/8 and 2108-111-0002-000/2. The three parcels should be combined to meet the requirements of the site plan. I have informed contractor about it but they keep on telling me that 2108-111-0002-000-2 is an easement and is not included. They have requested the property appraiser to combine the two parcel but the third one is not included. Please advise if I am correct with the combination of the three., Thank you, Lydia Galbraith Zoning Specialist Ph: 772-462-1555 2300 Virginia Ave. Fort Pierce 34982 facebook.com/stlucieeov I twitter.com/stlucieeov I instagram.com/stluciegov I youtube.com/stlucieeov s is C CCIC[C 2016.2Q,9 .r r 9.00BIST i da Plaees ' SL.
