Sir:
This letter is in response to your review comment #2.
The tank has emergency vents sized per NFPA 30 Section 22.7.
These vents prevent the internal pressure of both the outer and
inner from exceeding 2.5 P.S.I.G..
NFPA 30A Table 4.3.2.4 requires a minimum distance of 25 feet
from a lot line that is or can be built upon and a protected
tank (ul-2085). However the western property line shares a
boarder with an FEC right-of-way. Based upon our research (see
attached) we determined that a right-of-way is not a buildable
property but rather land used for transportation purposes.
Therefore the 25-foot restriction does not apply. We hope you
agree.
The tank will be outside the 20-foot utility easement and there
is a concrete block wall between it and the property line.

F2, TANK FOOTING DETAIL.
2) UPDATE THE GROUNDING SCHEMATIC, PROVIDE THE COMPLETE BONDING AND GROUNDING
SYSTEM.
3) PROVIDE THE CALCULATION FOR THE VOLUME OF CONTAINMENT.
