Pursuant to your plan review comments dated October 30, 2019, we respond as follows:
Since this building's slabs are not post tension design, we can use 1.5" long drive pins with washer at
12" o.c. to anchor both top and bottom 25 ga metal frame plates.
The typical wall used in this project is 3-5/8" metal studs 25ga at 24" o.c.
