EV60SS-6FP24G208. Fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame
for added durability. Stainless steel front, sides, back riser,
plate shelf and 6" adjustable legs. Six 91/2' round French
plates, 2 KW input per plate. Full width pull out stainless
steel crumb tray located beneath the cooking top. 24' wide,
'/a" thick griddle plate, one thermostat provided for every 12'
griddle width.Comes with one standard oversized oven and
one standard oven. Oversized oven interior measures 261/2"w x
263/s "d x 140h. Standard oven interior measures 20"w x 261/2"d
x 14"h. Each oven comes with one oven rack and three rack
positions. Oven doors are heavy duty with integrated door
hinge spring mechanisms, requiring no adjustments. 5 KW
input. Top browning heat control. Thermostat adjusts from
200"F to 500"F. Oven controls are protected from heat In an

Duct ASTM E2336 System
Introduction
Unifrax's FyreWrap® Elitee 1.5 Duct Insulation is a two -layer
flexible enclosure for two-hour rated commercial kitchen
grease ducts. FyreWrap Elite 1.5 Duct Insulation is tested
per ASTM E2336 and is acceptable as an alternate to a
traditional fire -rated shaft. Installed as atwo-layer system,
FyreWrap Elite 1.5 complies with the International Mechanical
Code (IMC) and Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC). FyreWrap
Elite 1.5 Duct Insulation offers the fallowing product features:
• 2-hour fire -resistance rating
• Alternate to shaft enclosure
• Complies with IMC and UMC
• Tested per ASTM E2336
• Two -layer system
• High -temperature, biosoluble insulation
• Zero clearance to combustibles, at any location
• GREENGUARD listed for Microbial Resistance

FyreWrap® Elite®1.5 Duct Insulation
Product Components
Core Material: FyreWrap Elite 1.5 incorporates Insulfrax®
Thermal Insulation as its core material. Insulfrax is a high -
temperature insulation made from a calcia, magnesia, silica
chemistry designed to enhance biosolubility. It provides
excellent insulation in a noncombustible blanket product
form rated to 2300"F (1260'C).
Encapsulating Material: The core insulation blanket is
completely encapsulated in an aluminum foil fiberglass -
reinforced scrim covering. This scrim provides additional
handling strength as well as protection from grease,
moisture absorption and tearing.

Description
Owens Corning High Temperature
Flexible Batts are made of inorganic
fibers derived from basalt, a volcanic
rock, with a thermosetting resin
binder. Advanced manufacturing
technology ensures consistent product
quality for excellent performance in
high temperature thermal control and
fire resistance applications.
Uses
Owens Coming High Temperature
Flexible Batts provide excellent
thermal insulation performance for
tanks, boilers, ducts, and mechanical
equipment and systems operating
with continuous use surface tempera-
tures from sub -ambient to 1200OF
(649'C). These insulation batts are
easily shaped and fitted, even to
extremely irregular surfaces. They
will not slump or gap; this property
helps to control operating costs by
preventing costly thermal leaks.

Features/Benefits
• Excellent thermal performance —
Good thermal conductivity values
help maximize control of heat loss,
contributing to reduced operating
costs and greater energy savings.
High dimensional stability and low
shrinkage reduces the potential for
gaps forming at joints.
• Excellent acoustic performance —
These lightweight, flexible insula-
tion batts are excellent sound
absorbers, efficiently reducing
sound transmission.
Lightweight, low dust — Easy to
handle and fabricate, these insula-
tions are readily cut with a knife.
No sawing is required Their clean
handling properties help to reduce
irritation and to minimize job clean-
up time and expense. They may be
installed directly to heated sur-
faces; system shut -down and staged
heat -up are not necessary.
• Excellent fire -related
performance -These high tem-
perature insulation products have
flame spread ratings of 5 and smoke
developed ratings of 0 when tested in
accordance with UL 723. They are
rated noncombustible when tested in
accordance with ASTM E 136.
Good physical properties —
Thiclmess recovery after 10%
compression is 100%. There's
no loss of thermal integrity from
binder burn -out when thickness
is maintained. Low water vapor
sorption reduces the likelihood
that these insulations will mold
or mildew

Owens Corning High Temperature
Flexible Insulations can be installed
directly on heated flat and curved
surfaces by attaching with welded
pins or studs, finishing with sheet
metal or metal mesh and insulating
cement, then canvassed and painted.
Pins with speed washers or studs and
nuts should be installed on 16"
(400mm) spacing (max.) and not
more than 4" (100mm) from the edge
of the insulation. The insulation is
normally impaled over the pins or
studs and the enclosing sheet metal
or metal mesh is secured to the same
fasteners. Joints of the sheet metal
finish are offset from joints of the
insulation. For temperatures over
400pF (204°C), good insulation
practice suggests double layer
application, regardless of insulation
type. Single layer installation of any
type of insulation material requires
good workmanship to minimize heat
loss and hot spots at insulation joints.
These insulations may be installed in
either single or multiple layers at all
temperatures up to 1200OF (649°C).

Installation Instructions

The S-5-T, 5-5-Z, 5-5-Q, and S-5-H clamps fit "T" and "bulb" shaped
seams. Please see individual clamp product sheets or the S-51 website for
profile details and clamp dimensions.

To !install the S-5-T, S®5®Z, S®5®9
and S-5-H
1. Partially thread the provided round -point setscrews into the clamp by
hand.
2. Position clamp at desired location along seam with the bolt hole in the
correct (upslope or downslope) orientation.
3. For S-5-T, S-5-Z, and S-5-Q (illustrated in image 2A): Install by holding
the clamp insert piece under the edge of the seam, then roll the clamp into
position over the seam and the insert.
For S-S-H (illustrated in image 26):Install by positioning clamp at
desired location on seam. Then, slide Insert into place.
4. Tighten the setscrews at the base of the clamp using a screw gun* and the
included screw gun bit tip. Standard clamps requiring two setscrews
should be tensioned and re -tensioned as the seam material compresses,
i.e. tighten the first setscrew, then the second; then repeat until each
setscrew achieves the recommended torque. The setscrews will dimple the
seam material but will not penetrate it. When relying upon tested load
values, setscrew tension should be verified periodically throughout
installation using a calibrated torque wrench at 160 to 180 inch pounds on
22ga steel and 130 to 150 inch pounds on all other metals and thinner
gauges of steel. Once installed correctly, these clamps require no
maintenance or re -inspection for the life of the roof (See reverse for
setscrew torque table and units).

5. For critical attachment applications utilizing an MS-1.25 X 16 mm hex
flange bolt, tighten the included M8 bolt to 160 inch pounds (13 foot
pounds).
