The first three lots are nonconforming because they lack the required lot size and lot width. The second two lots are nonconforming because they lack the lot size. However, as nonconforming lots of record these requirements are waived and principal permitted structures and customary accessory buildings may be erected subject to meeting all other applicable Building and Land Development Codes. A septic tank permit is required when submitting an application for a building permit,therefore it is suggested that you contact the Health Department before making your final development plans.
