Bid Protest — Bid #11-023 — Renovation of Floors 3 & 4 of the Old Clerk of Court Building
Consider staff recommendation to approve to deny the bid protest and uphold the
decision to award Bid #11-023 — Renovation of Floors 3 & 4 of the Old Clerk of Court
Building to Paul Jacquin & Sons, Inc., as previously approved by the Board on May 17,
2011.
NOTICE: All Proceedings before this Board are electronically recorded. Any person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board at
