Comment #1, Plans Examiner Review:
Plan review could not be completed. The plans submitted were for a residential building. This project is a
commercial building and will have to be designed and constructed under the requirements of the Florida
Building Code 2017, 6' Edition.
Response: The construction documents have been updated to reflect the requirements of a commercial
building under the Florida Building Code 2017, Oh edition. Please refer to sheets CSl, CS2, LS], ALI
& A2.1 for updated information.

Please review attached parking lay -out for sales model at Waterstone for K. Hovnanian and
vegetation removal/exemption application. The parking is part of the permit for the model. The
parking is on the adjacent lot and will not have a separate building permit since it is asphalt. The
sales model and parking is in review with Kod Benton for site plan adjustment.

RE: Waterstone Lot #15226 Armina Place 1911-0043/Lot #2 Parking Lot Permit
Dear Ms. Galbraith,
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the Site Plan Amendment has not been
approved, which amended the Site Plan to allow for a model home center on our Lot #1 and a parking
lot on our Lot #2. It is understood that K. Hovnanian is starting the construction of the home at our own
risk and the final inspection will not be issued until the Site Plan Amendment is approved by St. lucie
county.
I would respectively request that St. Lucie County issue our permit for Lot #1 home and #2
parking lot while we work through the Site Plan Amendment process. Thank you for your assistance with
this matter.
