It does not have frontage on a County maintained road. Melville Road stops at Ulrich Road. The parcel to the South of this Id#is 3410-233-0001-000/1 it was owned by the same individual, Madelyn Robinson. Parcel 3410-233-0001-000/1 does have road frontage on Oleander Ave. Parcel# 3410-234-0000-000/7 could receive a permit for a single family residence by receiving an easement over the parcel to the South or they may be able to obtaining a Lease Agreement from the County(thru Acquisitions and the Road Dept) to clear that part of Melville Road to reach Ulrich. Id#3403-502-0339-000/2 is a nonconforming lot lacking road frontage.The parcel to the West of this lot is Id#3403- 502-0341-000/9 which was also owned by Madelyn Robinson, it does have road frontage. Parcel 3403-502-0339-000/2 could receive a permit for a single family residence with an easement across the parcel to the West. The current parcel ID's are 3403-502-0339-000-2 and 3410-234-0000-000-7. I am trying to research the LDR 10.00.04, non-conforming lots, to see if these are considered to be a whole parcel with the two parcels under the same ownership that have road frontage on Oleander.
