1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 11:25 AM by Chair Sean Mitchell District No. 2

2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Chair Mitchell opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to
address the Board, Chair Mitchell closed public comment.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made to approve all sets of minutes and it passed unanimously.

A motion was made to adopt the consent agenda and it passed unanimously.

1. Bid No. 21-017 - Aerial Adulticiding
Staff recommends Board approval to award Bid No. 21-017 Aerial Adulticiding to the two responsive
and responsible bidders per the attached tabulation sheet; and authorization for the Chair to sign
documents as approved by the County Attorney.

2. Bid No. 21-014 - Purchase and Maintenance of Pumps
Staff recommends Board approval of the award of Bid No. 21-014, Purchase and Maintenance of
pumps for the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District to the lowest responsive and responsible
bidder, Holland Pump Company, per the attached tabulation sheet; and authorization for the Chair to
execute the contract as approved by the County Attorney.

3. Bid No. 21-013- Purchase of Pesticides
Staff recommends Board approval to award Bid No. 21-013, Purchase of Pesticides, to the four
responsive and responsible bidders per the attached tabulation sheets; and authorization for the
Chair to sign documents as approved by the County Attorney.
