1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:51 AM by Chair Sean Mitchell District No. 2

2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Chair Mitchell opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to address
the Board, Chair Mitchell closed public comment.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made to approve staff recommendation and it passed unanimously.
