1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 11:26 AM by Chair Sean Mitchell, District No. 2.

2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Chair Mitchell opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to
address the Board, Chair Mitchell closed public comment.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made to approve staff recommendation and upon roll call, it passed unanimously.

B. COUNTY ATTORNEY
1. Resolution - Mosquito Control Easement - Impoundment No. 4 - WBC Collections LP - Sunset
Beach PUD - Parcel ID 2529-233-0002-000-0
WBC Collections LP aka Sunset Beach PUD has submitted a Final Plat Review for a 43 lot single
family subdivision. During the review process, Mosquito Control requested an Easement
along a portion of WBC Collections property to gain access to the dike at Impoundment No. 4.
Staff recommended the Board accept the Mosquito Control Easement from WBC Collections
LP, authorize the Chair to sign the resolution and record the documents in the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
