1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 11:38 AM by District No. 3, Vice-Chair Linda Bartz

2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Vice-Chair Bartz opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to
address the Board, Vice-Chair Bartz closed public comment.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made to approve all sets of minutes and it passed unanimously.
RESULT: APPROVE

SECONDER: Commissioner District 5 Cathy Townsend
