The meeting was called to order at 10:50 AM by District No. 5 Chair Cathy Townsend

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Chair Townsend opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to
address the Board, Chair Townsenclosed public comment.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A motion was made to adopt the consent agenda and it passed unanimously.

1. Emergency Mosquito Control Dike Repairs ‐ Hurricane Dorian Recovery
Staff recommends Board approval and authorization for the Chair to approve emergency
repairs to mosquito control impoundments, for a total not to exceed $796,050.
