1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:10 AM by District No. 2, Chair Sean Mitchell

2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Chairman Mitchell opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to
address the Board, Chairman Mitchell closed public comment.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made to approve both sets of minutes and it passed unanimously:
A. Mosquito Control District minutes for the meeting of November 19, 2019.
B. Mosquito Control District minutes for the Reorganization meeting of November 19, 2019.
RESULT: APPROVE
