2. REGULAR AGENDA
A. Annual Reorganization - Election of Chair for 2017-2018
Mr. Joseph E. Smith, Clerk of the Circuit Court, presided and called for nominations for Chair of
the Mosquito Control District. A motion was made to nominate Todd Mowery as Chair. The
motion was seconded and upon roll call, the motion carried unanimously.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: Cathy Townsend, District No. 5, Vice-Chair
SECONDER: Linda Bartz, District No. 3
AYES: Mowery, Townsend, Dzadovsky, Bartz, Hutchinson
B. Annual Reorganization - Election of Vice-Chair for 2017-2018
Chairman Mowery presided and called for nominations for the Vice-Chair of the Mosquito
Control District. A motion was made to nominate Commissioner Townsend. The motion was
seconded and upon roll call, the motion carried unanimously.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: Chris Dzadovsky, District No. 1
SECONDER: Frannie Hutchinson, District No. 4
AYES: Mowery, Townsend, Dzadovsky, Bartz, Hutchinson
