Item pulled from Consent Agenda - 3603 : Hybrid Position Request – Environmental/Mosquito/Tourism Coordinator 2. Mosquito Control Inspection Position ITEMS PULLED FROM CONSENT AGENDA 4. Hybrid Position Request -- Environmental/Mosquito/Tourism Coordinator Commissioner Hutchison requested this item be pulled for a separate vote. Commissioner Lewis agreed with Commissioner Hutchinson's suggestion to hold this item until after budget discussion. However, she felt that timing for this position is important, particularly in regards to the public education effort regarding the Zika virus and recent federal funding. She emphasized the severity of Zika virus cases in the state of Florida. Commissioner Dzadovsky added that the Tourist Development Council has approved significant funding from the Tourist Development Tax to combine conservation and education processes.
