1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 9:11 AM by Michelle R. Miller, Clerk and Comptroller
Present
Commissioner Jamie Fowler, District 4; Commissioner Larry Leet, District 2; Commissioner James Clasby,
District 1; Commissioner Erin Lowry, District 3; Commissioner Cathy Townsend, District 5

2. REGULAR AGENDA
A. Annual Reorganization - Election of the Chair for 2025-2026
Michelle Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, presided and called for nominations for the
Chair of the Sustainability District.
The Clerk called for the Sustainability District Board Chair nomination. A motion was made to nominate
Commissioner Erin Lowry. The nomination was seconded, and the motion carried unanimously upon roll
call.
RESULT: APPOINT - COMMISSIONER ERIN LOWRY
MOVER: Commissioner District 5 Cathy Townsend
SECONDER: Commissioner District 1 James Clasby
AYES: Jamie Fowler, Larry Leet, James Clasby, Erin Lowry, Cathy Townsend
NAYS: None
EXCUSED: None

B. Annual Reorganization - Election of the Vice-Chair for 2025-2026
The Chair-elect presided and called for nominations for the Vice-Chair of the Sustainability District.
Chair Erin Lowry called for nominations for the Sustainability District Board Vice-Chair. A motion was made
to nominate Commissioner Jamie Fowler. The nomination was seconded, and the motion was carried
unanimously upon roll call.
RESULT: APPOINT - COMMISSIONER JAMIE FOWLER
MOVER: Commissioner District 5 Cathy Townsend
SECONDER: Commissioner District 1 James Clasby
AYES: Jamie Fowler, Larry Leet, James Clasby, Erin Lowry, Cathy Townsend

3. MOTION TO ADJOURN
With no other information to be brought for consideration before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
at 9:12 AM.
