The following notes apply to the systems outlined herein:
1. The roof system evaluation herein pertains to above -deck roof components; deck -attachment details pertain to 'as -tested' conditions under TAS 114, Appendix J. Roof decks and structural members shall be In
accordance with FBC requirements to the satisfaction of the AHJ. Load resistance of the roof deck shall be documented through proper codified and/or FBC Approval documentation.
2. Unless otherwise noted, fasteners and stress plates for Insulation attachment shall be as follows. Fasteners shall be of sufficient length for the following engagements:
> Wood Deck: UltraFast Fasteners or All Purpose Fasteners with UltraFast Metal Plates, Minimum 0.75-Inch plywood penetration or minimum 1-Inch wood plank embedment.
Steel Deck: UltraFast Fasteners or All Purpose Fasteners with UltraFast Metal Plates. Minimum 0.75-Inch steel penetration and engage the top flute of the steel deck.
> Concrete Deck: All Purpose Fasteners with UltraFast Metal Plates or Struct Conc. Fasteners with UltraFast Metal Plates (flat bottom only). Minimum 1-Inch embedment. Fasteners Installed with a pilot
hole in accordance with the fastener manufacturer's published Installation Instructions.
3. Unless otherwise noted, Insulation may be any one layer or combination of polyisocyanurate, polystyrene, wood fiberboard, partite, gypsum -based roof board, Invinsa Roof Board or Invinsa Foam that meets the CIA
requirements of F.A.C. Rule 61G20-3 and Is documented as meeting FBC 1505.1 and, for foam plastic, FBC Chapter 26, when Installed with the roof cover.
4. Unless otherwise noted, insulation adhesive application rates areas follows. Ribbon or bead width is at the time of application; the ribbons/heads shall expand as noted In the manufacturer's published instructions.
> Hot asphalt (HA): Full coverage at 25-30lbs/square
JM MBR Bonding Adhesive (MBR-BAI: Continuous 0.75-Inch wide ribbons,12-Inch O.C. or full coverage at 2.0 gal/square
> Jail Two -Part Urethane Insulation Adhesive IUTA-TWO-PART): Continuous 0.75-Inch wide ribbons, 12-Inch D.C. Note: IM Green Two -Part Urethane Insulation Adhesive may be used where UTA-TI410-PART is
referenced.
> JM Roofing System Urethane Adhesive (RSUAI: Continuous 0.5 to 0.75-Inch wide ribbons, 12-Inch o.c.
> 3M CR-20: Continuous 2.5 to 3.5-Inch ribbons, 12-Inch o.c.
> Note: When multipleloyers(s) of insulation and/or coverboard are installed In ribbon -applied adhesive, adhesive ribbons sit all be staggeredfrom layer -to -layer o distance of one-half the ribbon spacing.

This Evaluation Report Is Issued under Rule 61G20-3 and the applicable rules and regulations governing the use of
construction materials in the State of Florida. The documentation submitted has been reviewed by Robert Merriman, P.E. for
use of the product under the Florida Building Code and Florida Building Code, Residential Volume. The products described
herein have been evaluated for compliance with the P Edition (2014) Florida Building Code sections noted herein.

Wind Resistance of Underlayment Systems in Foam -On Tile Applications: FRSA/TRI April 2012 (04-12) does not
address wind uplift resistance of all underlayment systems beneath foam -on the systems, where the underlayment
forms part of the load -path. The following wind uplift limitations apply to underlayment systems that are not
prescriptively addressed In FRSA/TRI April 2012 (04-12) and are used in foam -on the applications. Maximum Design
Pressure Is the result of testing for wind load resistance based on allowable wind loads, and reflects the ultimate
passing pressure divided by 2 (the 2 to 1 margin of safety per FBC 1504.9 has already been applied). Refer to FRSA/TRI
April 2012 (04-12), Appendix A, Table SA or FBC 1609 for determination of design wind loads.

5.7.1 GatorSeal shall not be left exposed for longer than 30-days after installation, prior to placement of final roof cover.
5.7.2 StormSentry shall not be left exposed for longer than 90-days after installation, prior to placement of final roof cover.
5.7.3 Alcazar, Bored TileSeal Se and Boral TileSeal"T shall not be left exposed for longer than 180-days after Installation,
prior to placement of final roof cover.-
5.7.4 Citadel Plus, for use as a base -layer in a two-ply underlayment system, shall not be left exposed for longer than 180-
days after installation, priorto placement of subsequent underlayment layer.
INSTALLATION:
6.1 Boral Roof Underlayments shall be installed in accordance With Boral Roofing published installation Instructions
subject to the Limitations set forth in Section 5 herein and the specks noted below.
6.2 Re -fasten any loose decking panels, and check for protruding nail heads. Sweep the substrate thoroughly to remove
any dust and debris prior to application, and prime the substrate (If applicable).
6.3 Install self -adhering underlayment when ambient and surface temperatures are minimum 40'F and rising.
6.4 Citadel Pius:
6.4.1 Citadel Plus is limited to use as a base or mid -layer in multi -ply underlayment systems beneath Boral TileSeal 50"r,
Boml TileSeal "r, GatorSeal or StormSentry.
6.4.2 Slope limitations are those associated with the top -layer underlayment.
6.4.3 Direct to Deck:
Cut the membrane Into manageable lengths, typically SO to 12 ft. Align the membrane parallel to the roof edge,
extending over by Y4nch. Fold the membrane away from the edge onto itself. Remove the release sheet. Place the
membrane with the exposed rubberized asphalt onto the deck, pressing firmly into place. Roll into place with a
weighted roller.
Boral recommends fastening of the top edge of the sheet to the deck with roofing nails, nails & tin -tags or 1-inch
diameter plastic or steel cap nails spaced 24-inch o.c. for slopes below 7:12 and 124nch o.c. for slopes 7:12*and
greater. Overlap successive courses minimum 2 Inches (horizontal lap) and minimum 4" end (vertical) laps.
Install final underlayment layer atop Citadel Plus per 'direct -to -deck' instructions for Boral TileSeal So"; Boral
