1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 9:41 AM by Michelle R. Miller, Clerk and Comptroller

2. REGULAR AGENDA
A. Annual Reorganization - Election of Chair for 2024-2025
Michelle Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller presided and called for nominations for the
Chair of the Sustainability District.
The Clerk called for the Sustainability District Board Chair nomination. A motion was made to nominate
Commissioner Erin Lowry. The nomination was seconded, and the motion carried unanimously upon roll
call.
RESULT: APPOINT - COMMISSIONER ERIN LOWRY
MOVER: Commissioner District 5 Cathy Townsend
SECONDER: Commissioner District 1 James Clasby
AYES: Jamie Fowler, Larry Leet, Cathy Townsend, Erin Lowry, James Clasby
NAYS: None
EXCUSED: None
B. Annual Reorganization - Election of Vice-Chair for 2024-2025

The Chair-elect presided and called for nominations for the Vice-Chair of the Sustainability District.
Chair Erin Lowry called for nominations for the Sustainability District Board Vice-Chair. A motion was
made to nominate Commissioner Jamie Fowler. The nomination was seconded, and the motion was
carried unanimously upon roll call.
RESULT: APPOINT - COMMISSIONER JAMIE FOWLER
MOVER: Commissioner District 5 Cathy Townsend
SECONDER: Commissioner District 2 Larry Leet
AYES: Jamie Fowler, Larry Leet, Cathy Townsend, Erin Lowry, James Clasby

With no other information to be brought for consideration before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at
9:42 AM.
