This Certification is to be completed by the project design architect or engineer. This Certification must be submitted with all applications
for building permit involving the construction of new residence (single or mufti -family), residential addition, any accessory structure. requiring
a building permit, and any nonresidential structure. This Certification shall not apply to interior renovations (provided that no structural

Please be advised that the frame connections shall be
fastened with 1/2" x 1 1/2" galv. bolts and wall panels are
fastened with # 12 self tapping screws and the 16'x 12'
roll up door in lieu of 121x16' roll up door meets with our
plan specified requirements for the above referenced
project.
