The meeting was called to order at 11:27 AM by District No. 3, Chair Linda Bartz

Chair Bartz opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to
address the Board, Chair Bartz closed public comment.

There are no items scheduled.

A motion was made to approve staff recommendation and upon roll call, it passed unanimously.
