1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 11:06 AM by Chair Linda Bartz, District No. 3.

Chair Bartz opened the meeting for public comment at this time. With no one wishing to address the
Board, Chair Bartz closed public comment.

A motion was made to approve staff recommendations, and it passed unanimously.
