1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:33 AM by District No. 3, Chair Linda Bartz
Present

2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Chair Bartz opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to address
the Board, Chair Bartz closed public comment.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made to approve the minutes and it passed unanimously.
RESULT: APPROVE

4. CONSENT AGENDA
A motion was made to adopt the consent agenda and it passed unanimously.

A. PUBLIC WORKS
1. Energy SAD Annual Assessment Resolution
Staff recommends Board adoption of the attached resolution and authorization for the Chair
to sign documents as approved by the County Attorney.
