The meeting was called to order at 7:33 PM by District No. 3, Chair Linda Bartz

Chair Bartz opened the meeting for public comment at this time. There being no one wishing to
address the Board, Chair Bartz closed public comment.

A motion was made to approve all sets of minutes and it passed unanimously.
