2. REGULAR AGENDA
1. Annual Reorganization- Election of Chair for 2016-2017.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court presided and called for nominations for the Chair of the
Sustainability District.
It was moved by Commissioner Dzadovsky, seconded by Commissioner Mowery to nominate
Commissioner Bartz as Chair of the Sustainability District and; upon roll call, motion carried
unanimously.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: Chris Dzadovsky, District No. 1
SECONDER: Tod Mowery, District No. 2
AYES: Linda Bartz, Cathy Townsend, Chris Dzadovsky, Tod Mowery
ABSENT: Frannie Hutchinson
2. Annual Reorganization- Election of a Vice-Chair for 2016-2017
The Chair presided and called for nominations for the Vice-Chair of the Sustainability District.
It was moved by Commissioner Mowery, seconded by Commissioner Dzadovsky to nominate
Commissioner Townsend as Vice-Chair of the Sustainability District and; upon roll call, motion
carried unanimously.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: Tod Mowery, District No. 2
SECONDER: Chris Dzadovsky, District No. 1
AYES: Linda Bartz, Cathy Townsend, Chris Dzadovsky, Tod Mowery
ABSENT: Frannie Hutchinson
