CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 08:30 AM by Board Chair James “Travis” Leonard. 2. ROLL CALL OF CONTRACTOR LICENSING BOARD MEMBERS The Board Secretary took roll call. NEW BUSINESS Mr. Leonard would like to see County staff address the issue of non-licensed "contractors" working in the county being issued a citation of at least $500. He would also like the County attorney to investigate if a system can be put into place to make the public more aware of non-licensed "contractors." 14.
