Staff Recommendation: To suspend permitting privileges (new permits only) for David C. Wallace/ dba/ DW Residential LLC for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days. A copy of the Board’s order will be forwarded to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the surrounding municipalities.
