Complaint filed by: Eric Senecal, owner of property located at 4920 Christensen Rd., Fort Pierce, FL 34981

First Notification to the Company: June 22, 2021
Follow-ups:
Violation:
SLC CCL 10-67: Revocation or suspension of certificates of competency. Sub Section: (3) Disregards and violates an applicable state or local building code, regulation or law.
(8) Abandons a construction project in which the contractor is engaged or under contract as a contractor. A project shall be considered abandoned 90 days after the contractor terminates the project without just cause or without proper notification to the owner, including the reason for termination, or fails to perform work under the contract for 90 consecutive days.
(10) Commits fraud or deceit or other misconduct in the practice of contracting.
Staff Recommendation:
o To revoke the certificate of competency for Chrystal M. Washburn and/or Amore’ Pools Inc.
• Chrystal M. Washburn and/or Amore’ Pools, Inc. must make a request before the Contractor’s Licensing Board to have the certificate of competency reinstated. o Obtain approval of final inspections for outstanding permits listed below
within six (6) months of this board’s date or a fine not to exceed $10,000 will be imposed:
• Permit #2003-0266 – 4920 Christensen Rd., Ft. Pierce
• Permit #2102-0438 – 594 Beach Ave., Port St. Lucie
• Permit #2104-0669 – 2279 Keen Rd., Ft. Pierce o A copy of the Board’s order will be forwarded to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the surrounding municipalities.
