The company was sent away because they didn't have a copy of the abandonment permit. Jim Dunkin from Health Department will not issue the abandonment permit without the plumbing permit. Please issue a plumbing permit. Add an extra inspection for Jim Dunkin to a lower priority then the final inspection. Make notes that we can't final the permit without a copy of the abandonment permit. So they need to bring or fax it in before we can schedule final.
