The Home Depotreserves the right to issue a'Change Order or terminate this Contract or any individual Product(s) included
herein, at its discretion, if The Home Depot or its authorized service provider determines that it cannot perform its obligations
due to a structural problem. with the home, environmental hazards such as mold; asbestos -or- lead paint, other safety concerns,
pricing errors or because work required to complete the job was not included in the Contract.

GENERAL NOTES:
1. This product has been evaluated and Is in compliance with the 2010 Florida
Building Code structural requirements exctud'rng the Ugh Velocity Hurricane Zone..
2. When used in areas outside the. WHT'requHng wind borne debris, protection Jhis
product complies with Seciton 1609.1.2 of -the FTondo'Building Code and does not require
an impact resistant covering. This product. meets missile level'Ir and includes Wind Zone
4 as defined In ASTM E1996.
3, Wood bucks by others, must be anchored properly to transfer loads to the structure and
be reviewed by the Building Official.
4. Mullion anchor embedment to base material shall be beyond wall dressing or stucco.
5, Separate product approvals for.each glaring product used with these mullions must be
submitted along with this mullion product approval.
6. Anchoring of each glaring product to the mullion shall be as shown in each individual
glaring product approvol..
7. Any conditions not covered in this evaluation are subject to separate engineering
evaluation..
8. Mullion design pressure robing; see load rating table sheets 2 and 3 of this drawing.
9. The design pressure rating of the assembly shot[ be the lesser of the load capacity of the
mullion as detern ined using this approval or the design pressure rating of the individual
gioOngproducts used.
10. Bounding box,dimensions for geometric transom shapes must be equal to or less than the
rectangular transom dimensions shown herein.
