This letter is to confirm that the above referenced parcels are non-conforming lots of
record and the research had been previously done in December 1987.
To answer your question, you can combine the two lots under one parcel id number and
demolish the house located at 913 Angle Road to build a commercial building. In
Industrial Light zoning you are permitted to live in the house located at 911 Angle Road.
If you choose to build a commercial business you will be required to meet all applicable
St. Lucie County Land Development Codes for IL (Industrial Light)zoning.
