of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to
fife and property from fire or explosion and providing for
issuance of permits and collection of fees.
SECTION 2 Any person who shall violate. any provision of
this code or standard hereby adopted or Fail to comply there-
with; or who shall violate orfail to coMply with any order made
thereunder, or who shall build in'violation of anydctailed .
statement of specifications 'or plans submitted and approved
thereunder, or failed to operate in accordance with any certifi
sate of permit issued thereunder, and front winch no appeal
has been taken; or who shall fail to comply with such an order
as alarmed or modified. by or by a court of competent jui-isdic-
tioni, within the time fiiced herein. shall severalty for each and
every such violation and .noncomplia#ce, respectively, be
guilty of a misdemeanor. punishable by afine of not less than $
