Office Zoning Atlas from the CG (Commercial, General) and RS – 4
(Residential, Single Family – 4) Zoning Districts to the PNRD
(Planned Non Residential Development) Zoning District and
Preliminary and Final PNRD site plan approval. Staff comments
by Jeffrey Johnson and presentation by Kara Wood.
